Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request an exchange. Please note the following conditions:

• Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request an exchange.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The courier charges for sending the product back for exchange will be borne by the customer. Kindly Earth will not cover return shipping costs.
• Products purchased on sale or under promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.
